With many resources to select from including various oil plants, hoses, fittings, Konic Group can carry out vac/fill/circ, regeneration, sampling and much more.
Vacuum, fill and circulation phases of construction are carried out to manufacturer’s procedures using our certified and serviced oil plant, hoses and accessories, whilst using transformer oil grading to manufacturers
requirements.
All transformer oil is tested prior to use and at completion of circulation to ensure optimisation is upheld.
BLEEDING, SAMPLING AND TESTING OF OI L
Bleeding of tank, radiators, conservator and devices is performed post vacuum, fill, circulation phase to ensure integrity of oil displacement. Various oil samples are taken and sent to our analytic partners for comprehensive analysis to ensure superior results.
